Minta Brown is a highly motivated, dedicated, and results-oriented professional with extensive experience in human resources, employee benefits and administration. With over 40 years’ experience Minta serves as Administrative Aid to Delegates and Senators during General Assembly Sessions, Financial Secretary to the National Council of Negro Women (NCNW), Assistant Treasurer to the Henrico NAACP and Transaction Coordinator for Kingdom Realty, LLC. She has served as Benefits Administrator for Richmond Public Schools Risk Management Division, Senior HR Analyst for the County of Henrico, Benefits Coordinator for Virginia Union University, and Lead Flexible Benefits Administrator for Media General Inc.

Minta graduated, Cum Laude, from Strayer University with a Master’s Degree in HR Management. She is the proud mother of one daughter, and five grandchildren.

Participation in the character of James is a new and enlightening experience for her.
